We ordered sangria to start with. I should have asked if they make their own in-house. To answer that question, it is not made... in-house and comes from a bottle with some fruit thrown in. My fault for not asking. Next, our dinners were not very good.Whatever they season their shredded chicken with, leaves the chicken not very flavorful and pretty bland. I had high hopes thatwe may have found a good Mexican restaurant finally in Louisville. We saw there were so many positive reviews. We were verydisappointed. We'll continue our search. Sat down and ordered bean dip it was out in seconds....cold. we told the server we needed more time to order.... she gave us a... minute and was back. The Vegetarian choice was good; not bland or overly cheesy. Another person in our party had Chicken Enchiladas. The chicken was... shredded; there was lots of it; however, that was basically a that was in it- with some cheese on top. It was bland/boring. I was excited to eat here because I was sick of eating at the El Nopal(s) in town... It was a busy Tuesday night, food took... forever was cold, worst chips ever, I had maybe a half of cup of beans and lots of broth and what looked like baloney and tastedlike bologna floating on the top..
