We hardly ever have fazzolis because the ones near us are horrible(horrible staff, food is never good over bad experience every... time you go) but we were in the area visiting friends and stopped at this location and we were so impressed and so happy! Foodwas wonderful, place was clean and the staff was really busy we even heard someone training someone in the kitchen and itsounded really professional. I am assuming the younger guy with glasses wearing a black shirt was the manager? he was soAWESOME! So fast! Clearly a good worker! When there wasn?t customers he was busy cleaning and was so friendly! Side note: wedid see someone in the kitchen take their hat off and scratch their head for a solid 2 mins then proceed to touch plates withpeoples food with those same gloves on lol pretty gross but I?ve definitely seen worse lol happy we were just waiting on a to gocontainer at that point. The card readers are misleading and will rob you blind. If you go bring cash. There mistake and they can not fix it once the... sale is final. They got me for 5$ extra. What a rip off Read more

Horrible experience! Half the menu was unavailable, as well as drinks. There was "limited" bread sticks. When we got home after... experiencing a long wait and menu items unavailable, we realized my chicken carbonara had MARINARA sauce on it and not Alfredo?Who does that? My fiance's wings werent fully cooked either which luckily he noticed before eating them all. This kind ofsituation has happened multiple times at this location. I'm not sure if it's lack of training or what, but I'm severelydisappointed being we give our hard earned money to Fazolis expecting a delicious dinner, and each time end up disappointed andhungry. First time visiting this place and let me tell you... Customer service: excellent Price: can't complain Food: besides their... bread sticks, the rest was the worst thing I've ever eaten. I ordered the 'Ultimate sampler' because i wanted to try differentthings, and to my surprise, none of it was close to even be okay. Definitely not a place that I'll be visiting again. Read more

Its hard to rate appropriately considering I didn't get what I ordered I ordered the baked ziti marinara all they gave me was... ziti noodles with marinara sauce no baked no cheese on it. Its still sitting in the bag it came in. The noodles were wayovercooked and waterlogged without the melted cheese I just couldn't eat it. Another problem is our receipt said I orderedspaghetti 3.0 my bill was $13.82 It came with 3 bread sticks that were already hard I could crumble it like burnt toast. Itwasn't worth the money this time. It sucks we don't get to eat out often so I should have called and complained but the stressof complaining to another person on the phone was too much to deal with for now.
