Went to Fazolis orders my food. 3 chicken fettuccine Alfredo?s. Extra side of chicken. They rang it in wrong. I call, the lady... who answered told me to bring it up and they?ll make it right. I arrived and the manager argued she heard it over the speakerthat I ordered it incorrectly even though they didn?t give me my extra side of chicken. Manager was extremely rude to myself butthe other customers as well as I?m waiting inside the store in which I had to buy 3 additional Alfredo?s with chicken. So dinnertonight cost $75. Read more
My husband, daughter and myself visited this location around 7pm this evening and experienced exceptional drive thru service! ... Honestly the best! Summer took our order, and you could tell they had excellent teamwork happening inside, because the foodwas prepared quickly, correctly, and was piping hot and delicious as well! Our little family of three isn?t always in the moodfor the same restaurant when we eat out so we sometimes order from separate places. I was the only one in the mood for pastatonight but when I took my food out to check the order, it looked and smelled so good that our daughter asked if we could goback through to get her the exact same thing! The service and food again were amazing! I only got one name but know it takes agood team so Thank you to All of you working tonight! I love love fazoli's, but I particularly love this location the employees were the best employees at a restaurant that I have... ever seen!
