My friend is obsessed with First Watch. We indulged her and decided to join her for brunch there one day. We went to the newest... Kentuckiana location on a Sunday. Full disclosure, I should have put our names in on the virtual wait list. It would have helpedexpedite our visit. We were quoted a 25 minute wait, but it ended up being longer. We got worried we were forgotten. Thankfullywe weren?t. But we know what to do for next time. When we did get seated, I got a coffee which was flavorful with great hazelnutcreamers on the table. My friends got the seasonal drinks which were quite frankly gorgeous. We got the Cinnamon Toast Crunchcinnamon roll as a snack to share. It was heavenly! For brunch we all got something different. My friend got the vegetariansandwich, which she found hearty and flavorful. My friend who was jonesing for First Watch got the vegetarian eggs Benedictwhich was tasty. I got the Floridian French Toast with Grits. It was very yummy and I really appreciated it. I wish time wisethis visit had been more efficient, our wait time was different than anticipated and our cinnamon roll actually came at the endof our visit. Got seated at 10:11? didn?t see our waitress for 30 minutes. Placed order, drinks didn?t come for another 30 minutes. Kids... loved the pancakes. Wife and I both got something with the ?hollandaise?? it had a distinct lemon flavor and wasterrible. Manager comped our meal, and I still feel like we overpaid. Read more
We wanted to try out the new location since it's closer to where we live, and we weren't disappointed! We beat the crowd and got... seated right away. I can understand why this place is so popular. They do have some unique variety of dishes and the atmosphere is generally good.... However, it's overpriced for quality and portion sizes. Read more
