To sum up a restaurant that's a amazing as Grassa Gramma, is surprisingly difficult. To start... best Italian food in town.... Hands down, no argument to even be made. They offer a wonderful atmosphere, amazing ascetics, great service, and the food isincredible. One helpful tip, do make a reservation if going on a Friday or Saturday, it's not difficult and it will save you alot of time. This restaurant is popular, and therefore it's busy, but make one and you'll be gtg. My favorite dish is by far theseafood imperial. The bacon Carbonara is also fantastic. Read more

Fantastic experience, ambiance & service! The service from Lilly & Walter was exceptional as was our food, specifically my... Baked Seafood Imperial and my Good Investment bourbon cocktail. There were 6 of us and we had a cozy nook off to ourselves andcouldn't have been more pleased. The manager checked on us and seemed genuinely interested in our experience. Now they justneed to put one of these in Charlotte! Salute! Thanks Lilly & Walter! Read more

We had an incredible experience tonight at Grassa Gramma. Great food, top-notch service, attentive waiter. The carbonara was the... best I have ever had and my wife’s lasagna was giant, easily enough for two to share. Read more

You’ll feel like you’re in another world when you step into this place. So much flavor in every bite of food; you can really... tell the chef thought about each bite. Great portions and great service. My only regret was not trying this place sooner! Read more

Okay I was not expecting the inside of grassa Gramma to be so incredible! I'm glad I had no idea going into it because that was... too cool! My friends and I were celebrating a birthday, where we got lucky to have our own private room on the 2nd floor. Thestaff was all friendly, attentive, and informative. And the selection of food and drink was great as well! I really loved themushroom pasta that I got, it was super creamy and definitely had truffle flavor. I'm not usually overly impressed with diningexperiences at "fancy" restaurants but I'd be happy to go back here for special occasions! Read more

It’s a total vibe. Low light, intimate. It feels like a set designer came in for this restaurant. The experience is worth it... on a special occasion. It’s overpriced for a regular date night in my opinion. We especially LOVED the Brussels sprouts. Thepasta we each got was really good but not anything special for the price. We each got a signature cocktail which were yummy butsmall. Overall, you’re paying for the experience and that was worth it for a special occasion for us! Read more

The Seafood Imperial is awesome. I made a copycat version last night without Lobster, ill have to share that later ???? The... bread is melt in mouth...and I did bring a bottle of the Chianti home which was a perfect pair with pretty much anything on themenu. The ambiance is beautiful, but very dark though....almost too dim. It's a must try though and I'll be back for sure to trythe pasta dishes. Read more

Beautifully decorated Italian restaurant, with a great menu of items to choose from! I had the Spaghetti and meatballs with a... side of Brussel Sprouts and the Mrs tried the Monday special which included a salad and Chicken marsala with mushrooms and aglass of Chianti all for $19! I also tried the Black Manhattan $11 which definitely falls in the top 5 of all Manhattans I'veever had!! Read more
