I didn?t even get to order my meal. The employee was getting an attitude with me while simply explaining my order. Saying things... like difficult and sighing under her breath. With this kind of customer service it?s hard for me to want to spend my money here.Not recommended. Read more
Last time I will go to Stonybrook location. Fries are cold yet overcooked. Bacon cheeseburger has no mayo or anything. No tomato... or lettuce as requested. Mushroom burger is vinegar tasting. Asked for and charged for 2 orders of fries. Only got one. This isthe second time that happened. No cheese for cheese fries. Shake machine has been broken for at least a year. (Hurstbourne/Stonybrook) While I appreciate how much cleaner the entire... restaurant appeared (disclaimer: I've NEVER been in the restroom here) and how pleasant the staff seemed, the food was the worstI've ever tasted. My burger patty was made fresh the moment I walked in - we eat at weird hours, so I watched her put it on thegrill. It was overcooked and crunchy! The restaurant swapped out the grilled white onions for poorly cooked red onions that havea bitter flavor. The sauteed mushrooms on my burger tasted like vinegar! My husband ordered a double cheeseburger plain withCajun fries - his regular here - and ate only half of his food and said it gross, flavorless, and was time to go.....I usuallyhave to rush him to get him to finish his meal cuz he's a slow, pleasure eater....
