This place must have had a change in management. (Hurstbourne/Stonybrook) While I appreciate how much cleaner the entire... restaurant appeared (disclaimer: I've NEVER been in the restroom here) and how pleasant the staff seemed, the food was the worstI've ever tasted. My burger patty was made fresh the moment I walked in - we eat at weird hours, so I watched her put it on thegrill. It was overcooked and crunchy! The restaurant swapped out the grilled white onions for poorly cooked red onions that havea bitter flavor. The sauteed mushrooms on my burger tasted like vinegar! My husband ordered a double cheeseburger plain withCajun fries - his regular here - and ate only half of his food and said it gross, flavorless, and was time to go.....I usuallyhave to rush him to get him to finish his meal cuz he's a slow, pleasure eater.... I didn?t even get to order my meal. The employee was getting an attitude with me while simply explaining my order. Saying things... like difficult and sighing under her breath. With this kind of customer service it?s hard for me to want to spend my money here.Not recommended. Read more

Last time I will go to Stonybrook location. Fries are cold yet overcooked. Bacon cheeseburger has no mayo or anything. No tomato... or lettuce as requested. Mushroom burger is vinegar tasting. Asked for and charged for 2 orders of fries. Only got one. This isthe second time that happened. No cheese for cheese fries. Shake machine has been broken for at least a year. Use to be one of my favorite places to eat. The last two times here, food is okay, staff not friendly, and very dirty. On... the way out today, I noticed they got a C on the Health Department review. Not coming back. Read more

Made to order. Fries were nearly identical to Penn Station and while the veggie burger didn't look appetizing it actually tasted... pretty good! Option of raw or grilled onions was nice! Stopped here based on reviews as we passed through Kentucky. I had to give a star to write this post. So disappointed in what we... were served. They should be ashamed at what the served my family. Our beef dog was dry and looked old! No chilli for the :/chilli dog. Fries were old and cold. We were to far to return the meals or else I would have went back and demanded my moneyback.
