This was my first time trying Craft House Pizza. I just stopped in for a quick lunch while out running errands. I'm always in... search of the perfect hot ham and cheese sub!! The best one I used to get was at Rooster's but corporate took it off of theirmenu and I haven't been back there since. Craft House has a good ham and cheese sub, the bread was hot and golden. The ham tobread ratio was good but one more slice of ham would have been perfect. The cheese was nice and melty, with some pull to it andthe lettuce and tomato were cut and sliced just right. Next time I'll go with friends so I can try one of the new pizza. Read more
Went to the Fern Creek location on 10-8-22, dinner and took friends. Almost half of their draft beers were scratched off the... drink menu. Clear, sunny evening but opaque shades did nothing to prevent squinting while eating. Wash rag sat on table next tous during our entire meal. Floors were not clean. (How did they score an 'A' on health inspection?) We changed our entire order(ordered less) based on what we saw. Fortunately, Louisville has a lot of good pizza options. The wings are so good!!! We usually have Melissa but she was busy so the staff in her place was wonderful. Start off with wings,... and a margarita crisp. The cheeseburger pizza is the family favorite I'm my house. Read more
They sat us quickly. The food was good but unfortunately the order was messed up as was the check. They were willing to re-cook... the pizza but we ate it as it was. It took so long to get the check and the to go boxes that I didn't bother to get the checkcorrected. I was given plenty of refills but the people I was with had to ask for refills. If I patron that location again, Iwill get takeout. Read more
Pizza is good. Don't try to use a Promo code when ordering online. It doesn't work. Must dine-in if you want to use any sort of... promo code. Placed my order online at Fern Creek location. Promo code Family. I ordered 3 pizzas so I met the $20 purchase andit is Wednesday, Family night and it is between 4p-10pm. I did call when the promo code would not work. The person who answeredthe phone did consult with another employee. I was told that it is only good for dine-in. That info should be posted on thesite. Read more
Great pizza and service. The Craft House Special pizza is fantastic with a thin crust. Good salad too. The lunch special is very... fairly priced too IMHO. They are getting the beer situation under control supposedly. Right now a very limited selection of goodbeers. This is probably going to be my go to place for pizza in the future. :) Read more
There were 2 of us. We each had a Mediterranean salad. He got a Sub & I got an individual size pizza. The salads were great &... huge (came with garlic bread). We ended up bringing the rest home. The check was about $43, including a beer & an iced tea. Thefood was great & the server was attentive without being intrusive. Read more
Cheesy bread???? I feel like either they ran out of dough so they went down to Walmart found some sub sandwich bread threw some... cheese on it. Never again really I could've just made that myself at home. And at least put it in a small pizza box with somekind of sauce on the side. Read more
