Good sub sandwich. The two young ladies that took my order and fixed my sub were outstanding! They were nice and friendly, fast... and fixed my sub perfectly. 4 stars on the food because Jimmy John's isn't my first pick for sub sandwiches, but they are good. Read more
While I will always seek out a Jimmy John's over Subway or Mike's or any other sandwich making shop this location could do well... with their staff acquiring training on manners, wrapping the food properly, attire in the store, keeping the drink stationstopped as well as cleaned up, and how to legibly get through the orders when they are reading it off of the ticket to ensurethat everything is in fact in the bag when they hand it to you and say that everything is in the bag that you ordered. The staffmust be shorthanded or overworked due to summer hours or not enough help because every time I have gone in they are constantlysitting in the back on their phones complaining about how they're working double schedules and tired of it. And they look at youlike they're surprised that you have an order in even though the ticket has been hanging there and you show up 20 minutes afterthe fact and your food is still not been made and they treat you like you should never have walked into their establishment inthe first place. Due to living in the area this is the place that I go to pick up my food only because I choose Jimmy John's butthe staff could use training and manners, food preparation and communication skills. I would give them negative stars if possible! It has been an hour since the app showed as ?out for delivery? and still no lunch!... When I called they said that the store was slightly backed up. The app should have told me there would be a delay if that wasthe case! I even tipped way more than 20% but I think they need to pay me for this as this is not a one time thing!
