I love this restaurant it is good and the service is great. I have been here multiple times, and the quality of the food is the... same. They are known for the tenders, and you are able to choose the type of heat level that you may want you tenders to be, andyou can even get them original with no heat if you like that. They also provide dipping sauce, and they have a variety of thosethat are good but have the traditional flavors as well. The atmosphere is nice, and they have multiple tvs around to watch, soif you like sports, you are covered. They also have an outdoor patio to sit at when it is nice. Always a good time here. Their tenders drenched in tweener sauce with fries is what I always get. It's very consistent. Their... sodas are unique but the sweet tea is the best out there. 8/26/2022 Update: they have taken their unique sodas away & replacedthem with Coca Cola. In my opinion, they lose a star for that. Amazing food! I have only eaten here about 3 times so far (soon to be much more), and I have never been disappointed. The... flavors are amazing, the portion sizes are great, and for what you are getting the prices aren't bad. It's hard to eat otherfast food chicken after getting used to Joella's. Not to mention they have great service- one time I forgot to hit submit on apickup order, and realized when I got to the restaurant. I hit submit and it was ready in two minutes! Great service. Fresh hot food. I had tenders with ?tweener? spice level. I like spicy foods and found that choice perfect. I had... spicy honey dip that was very complementary. This is quintessential hot chicken. I've lived in Tennessee for six of the past ten years, and the hot chicken at Joella's... matches ANYTHING you can get there. The spices are deep and wonderfully complex, and the hear levels can accommodate anyone'spreferences and tolerance. They also have wonderful fries and the collard greens are amazing; It's hard to choose which one youwant. They also have an excellent house-made vegan chicken that is a great option for the plant-based among us. You can't gowrong with Joella's, it's a local classic for a reason! Read more

Tried this place for the 1st time tonight & it wasn?t bad at all. Good prices too. Only complaint for me is the chicken was... very soggy. The skin wasn?t crispy at all. & the sauces were little bland. But I will give them another try again! Read more

I?ve been here a few times, not a huge fan of the sodas. Chicken quality is great, very tender and consistent! I really like the... spiked honey sauce. Today I tried out the chicken and waffles which was a pretty awesome meal before my day of rock climbing. Iwould have liked more than one pickle slice since the sauce was spicy, maybe next time.
