They have a meal there that includes a pot pie, a cookie, and a drink, as well as one that has a famous bowl, a cookie and a... drink. The last time I went there I got the pot pie but I did not receive the cookie. This time I checked to make sure I got itand I didn't get it this time either. When I asked the employee about it she said that management no longer includes the cookiewith the meal. The menu shows the meal including a cookie. They are charging people for a full meal but not telling them thatthey are purposefully leaving part of the meal out. The girl did give me the cookie after I said it was essentially falseadvertising but she acted like I was the bad guy because I simply wanted the full meal I ordered as opposed to just part ofit. The management of this franchise is purposefully ripping people off to save a few cents. Inflation is bad enough withoutpeople having to deal with franchisees who are essentially using underhanded tactics and trying to scam people. Avoid thislocation at all costs. Read more

Great Original Recipe fried chicken. Management needs to make sure they don't run out of delicious mashed potatoes and gravy... before closing time. They shorted me 2 biscuits also. No grape jelly either. Read more

UPDATE:. Upon recent visits to this KFC location I have had positive experiences. I can go into the store again and my orders... have been correct and the original recipe chicken has tasted excellent. I'm quite impressed with the work that has been done toimprove the quality of the food and service at this location. In the last 2 months I have been there nine times after notvisiting for nearly a year because of poor service and food quality. Kudos to the staff who have made improvements to the foodand service at this location and to the KFC administration who has supported and encouraged improvement to the quality at thislocation on Breckenridge Lane at Taylorsville Road. UPDATE: I suggest you check your order for accuracy when receiving it andbefore driving away. I enjoy original recipe and used to stop by this KFC frequently; however, I experienced about a 70%accuracy rate of my order - either receiving the wrong side or dark meat rather than white meat. Often I would forget to checkmy food order before driving away. The mistakes were so frequent I stopped frequenting KFC during the winter months. I went backthis week and again I received dark meat rather than white meat and the wrong side. I understand occasional mistakes but 70%accuracy rate is just unacceptable. The food was delicious for KFC. My dining experience, however, was not enjoyable.Approximately 7:30 pm, I ordered the 3-piece combo dinner Original recipe and asked for a breast, along with my green beans,coleslaw and biscuit. Regardless, my meal was two thighs and a leg, which are dark meat. I don't enjoy dark meat, but I do notlike wasting food and did not want to return my order to have the three pieces thrown out. Shout out to the Employees and Management on the Breckinridge Lane location on 9-14-22!! I came in during a small lunch rush,... and I was impressed with the service and how hot and fresh everything was! I?m assuming it was the manager that came out intothe dining room after the rush making sure everyone was satisfied and everything was good. Thanks guys!! Read more

Upset isn't even the word honestly, I knew I should have went with Popeys. I spent $70 with you all tonight & The order was... rushed. I ordered 6 biscuits & they are not cheap!!! Only got 3 of my buiscuits & biscuits were so doughy we couldn't even eatthem. ASHAME!!!!! I usually check my order before I leave the store but this time I DOORDASHED!!! Also got 2 meals, the chickenwas like wet idk how to explain it in one of the boxes, one of the boxes was missing a drink& one of the boxes was missing aside. I ordered 2 spicy bowls & 1 was regular. Like how do you all mess all of this up, I called the restraunt and she was sononchalant, the phone was passed to atleast 3 people and finally one person said "I can remake the order if you can come and getit" NO I can't come and get it because i Doordashed for a reason. I feel that it was rushed because it was Doordash and I wasn'tpresent because usually I LOVE THIS KFC!!! Very disappointed with tonight's meal and I will not spend that amount again withKfC. Worst customer/fast food experience I?ve had in a very long time at the breckenridge location. Save yourself the massive, hour... long hassle, and just make the drive to the bardstown road location instead. They are SO much better there. Customer service is100% at bardstown road. Ask for Caitlin at bardstown! Shouldn?t have to wait over 40 minutes for less than $10 of food. And gotforgotten about. Read more

Unfortunately, I was just treated poorly at this KFC. Long story short, went through the drive thru, they left out several of my... items. I drove home, then discovered the issue, went straight back. They argued me for some reason saying that I didn't pay whatI said I did. They do not give out receipts any longer. She kept saying you only paid $25.79. Once I pulled up my mobile bankingand proved to them I paid for the extra's they left out ( $32.89), I got no more "lip" from the very belligerent woman runningthe crew. She kept quiet. Not an "Oh I am sorry" or anything. I stood there another 6 minutes, no words. A young lady handed memy bag with not "Oh we are sorry about this". Yes I will get over it, however when I got home the crew leader who had acted sobossy and mean to me, had put two free cookies in my bag. Nice touch but I would have preferred an acknowledgement of "Oh wemade a mistake, I am sorry". I will get over this, and move on but I am in customer service for my job and you don't treat yourcustomers rudely. Horrible customer service. You walk in no one greets you. No one will take your order. They eventually ask are you paying cash... or card and I say card. They then proceed to tell me to make my order on a kiosk, although I am capable of doing so I REFUSE TOBE FORCED TO USE A KIOSK!! YOU DONT PAY ME AND I DONT WORK FOR YOU. TACO BELL IS THE SAME WAY! I WONT BE BACK. If you want tohave a kiosk fine but there needs to be an option. I'm now at Wendy's eating. And the girl at the counter was very rude..... itmakes no sense to help someone on a kiosk when you can take your lazy self and do it behind the counter without walking frombehind the counter. Your customer is your up most priority. FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE LIKE HUMAN INTERACTION!!!!! JUST NO WITH THERUDE ONES BEHIND YOUR COUNTER. Read more
