I love to cook. I also used to love Lee"s. This location has very poor customer service. This night my wife said "How about... Lee's?" My order was 1. wrong and 2. not fresh. An 8 piece meal at $30 Plus... I understand prices are up. The next day withreceipt in hand off I go. You can not walk in the store, so I walked up to the drive thru, no one was in line at this point.After trying to explain to the helper that could not help, she got the manager. "NO REFUNDS is the policy". OK I say,, They saidthey would replace the order. I was told I will be in the book and use the date and name. I had to scurry away as guy in a carstarted yelling at me, I can't help but think how would he feel giving up his money for no lunch!!! Upon my return 15 dayslater to have the order replaced I was told "your not in the book, What was wrong with your order, I will call the manager....."I am certain no one was called, "the manager said not to replace it, you can come see her Monday morning" the helper tells me.The helper was very rude and shut me down. I ask if we can call the the manager, "NO... " In short this is the worst Lee's.. Itseems to me, if they get the money, I should get the food. They are in short thieves in my book. I will never go back to thislocation. looks like a lot of bad reviews?????? In short 2 nights I could have cooked, but Lee's ruined my nights... We are alltold "we can not get anyone to work", this is true, but if they are not paying for labor then the price perhaps should godown. This store is not close to my house and I make a special trip to go to Lee's. The employee was annoyed when I placed my order... through the drive thru. When got to the window she didn't know what my order was. When she handed me my order the box wasopen, chicken in the bag and was thrown into the box. I ordered 4 piece dinner and small order of half cooked chicken livers. The container of chicken livers was shoved in a bag with the lid off. Chicken was so tough I couldn't eat it. Had to toss thewhole order. $15+ in thr trash. Will not be back.. Read more

The food was pretty good. The restaurant was relatively clean. The staff were polite and courteous. The staff for also helpful.... The food was as expected. I would recommend if you're in the area. I would have to say though, they do have Pepsi products. Sodo be advised of that. Read more
