I purchased a group of 3 gift cards and every time I go to use them at this location they do not work unless put in manually.... This is a hassle for me and for the employees. Unfortunately, I tried to go today and the girl in the window refused to put itin manually. She insisted it should only work unless swiped. I do agree.. It SHOULD work by just swiping, but for whateverreason that hasn?t been the case with this group of gift cards. It?s been a hassle and the girl in the window on August 7th @12:30 had a terrible attitude and an unwillingness to assist a customer. Listen. Little Caesars is a well-known pizza brand. Everyone knows what they are getting when they get food here. It is a quick,... mediocre pizza place. We are fine with that, love the zesty cheesy bread. But when you know you already have mediocrity workingagainst you, you really need to put a lot of time and energy into training your staff to be professional and efficient. I am notsure what your turnover rate is like, but I have seen the middle-aged female manager and nothing else but a bunch of, what seemslike, highschoolers, maybe low twenty-somethings. If that's all you hire, you need to know that you need to train them how to docustomer service properly. Every time I go in there, it is some combination of these things: middle aged female manager joking,laughing and having long, drawn out personal conversations with the younger staff in the back, hardly tending the front or thephone; a young boy/man standing in direct sight of the front door who, apparently, is not allowed to greet customers or gettheir orders or handle anything at the register, he just stands there, or looks at the people waiting, or makes food for the hotand ready or take-out orders (train him to do everything, or at least say hello for Pete's sake); a young worker who is in plainclothes and off the clock with their significant other hanging out in the back and distracting the already barely committedemployees from helping customers; the only other people working are in the back most of the time. They hear the doorbell dingand still don't make the waiting customers a priority. Once they do finally come to the front, they act like everything is fineand they haven't kept you waiting. In fact, they are usually a bit dismissive as if they could care less about anything. It'snot that hard to run a place and you seem to have plenty of staff to do all the jobs. These kids were amused by my odd requests for a lot of cold cheese and cold garlic butter sauce. No extra charge. I would have... loved if they had taken the pepperoni off the stuffed crust pizza, as only pepperoni stuffed crust was offered and I had to havestuffed crusts or I'd have died... Hope I said stuffed crust enough times in this review... Anyway, you know what? I didn't askthem if I could just have cheese, so I can't complain.
