Ordered online suppose to have been about ready at a certain time so I go in and wait for my order to show up on the portal... other customers come in order get their stuff leave while I'm still waiting, finally had to ask about my online order sureenough it was ready they just didn't think to load my order into the portal smh so I waited a good 20 minutes there I had placedthe order atleast 15 /20 minutes before actually going in to get it so a total of almost an hour after placing the order Iactually got my order smh.. Hot-N-Ready? Not at this location! I?ve been here several times, yet there?s ALWAYS at least a 5 to 15 min wait because they... never have pizzas ready. Obviously, that?s from the owner who is too cheap to actually have pizzas already made. Read more
I just have a question. Ok you order a head of time and they have the cool ovens where you can just press the code and get the... pizza. The ovens even remind you to get your cheese sauce, but how do you get it? Do they expect you to wait in line for 5minutes for the sauce? I don't understand the concept? Like there is no thought process for the sauce. If you could fix this andI could just come in and press my code and leave, I give you 5 stars. The employee that took my order was great. However there was another younger heavy set female employee that I over heard telling... the cashier that if anyone asked for their change back to give it to them in rolls of pennies. Another employee said "since wehave so many rolls" My recommendation would be to include the excess penny rolls in the nightly drop and not give them back aschange. Read more

I ordered 26 dollars worth of food for dinner. A hour later I go to the tracking link on their website and it says my order was... canceled. I call the store multiple times and nobody answers. So I drive to the store and the young girl at the register got anattitude because I asked for the manager. She huffs off complaining to him and some guy named Trent comes up and says I can?ttalk to her that way. When all I did was ask for a manager lol. So I told him I would get a refund but I was going to his bossto do it. So I didn?t have to keep dealing with him or the young girl that is still trying to talk over me. As I?m walking outhe is yelling. I AM THE BOSS. over and over. So I will not be giving this place any more business unless they make managementchanges. Very unorganized and un professional. When I first order my pizza and I only ordered 1 pepperoni pizza I was told a 10 min wait... so I sat there and sat there and then they give this lady that walked in after me her food which she ordered more than me anddidn't even check on me and had stuck pizzas in the thing that keeps them hot and said nothing to me.
