Very very upset with this experience. We purchased close to a 30 order on Friday. One of our pizzas was left on the portal(... our mistake). We called and spoke to a female manager who had no prob replacing the order when we were able to come back in. Icalled to place the order today. Told the phone rep 3 times that it was a replacement. He told me that he knew because I'vetold him 3 times. . Needless to say, when we went to pick up the replacement they tried to charge us. We explained whathappened over and over and the managers on duty told us to come back when the other manager was there about an hour later. Weliterally live 30 minutes away..no thank you! All of this for a 8.99 pizza that was already prepared. Very bad experience ,don't want to go back. Just refund me at this point???? Read more
Perfect App, easy as 123 order on App, get 3 digit code and pick up in holding shelves. Impressive....for the price the damn... place is hard to beat. no more Pizza Hut for me. Their new super duper pepperoni at 9.99 nice job Little Cesars. Read more
Ordered delivery and took over 2hrs to receive food and it was the wrong pizza. One good thing I'll say is that the manager was... very attentive and kind and apologetic for the mistake. Drove to get correct pizza and free crazy bread for the trouble. Read more
Pizza was hot and fresh and not to bad but the cashier was a tad bit rude. It was not so clean either. Prob could of used a... sweepin and moppin taken over the floor! No smile, no thank you, just tone of voice made me think she was prob having a bad dayor something! But other than that it was good, NOT GREAT! Read more
I've tried stopping in this location a couple times for a quick pizza, however they never have any hot and ready to go like they... advertise. And they don't tell you that until after you've paid. If you have to wait 20 minutes for a pizza just go somewherebetter like Pizza Hut or Dominos. Read more
Update June 1rst I've been coming to this Little Caesars for more than eight months they have not failed me yet I'm talking... almost on an every 3 day basis and have been solid no matter what employee has been behind that counter five stars Plus UpdateJune 1rst I said sausage..smh. Came in for a hot and ready pizza with crazy bread and we had to wait at least 20 minutes for it. Also,the girl with pink hair... and facial piercings that was working at the cash register got rude with my husband when he asked her to get change for the $20bill he gave her. Instead of doing that,she got smart with him. She really needs to work on her customer service skills. I lether manager know what she did and she rectified the situation and got our order ready for us. The pink haired girl decided torun off and hide. Read more
