I went to the location at the St. Matthew's Mall Louisville, ky. The manager Kristy was very rude and didn't even acknowledge I... was there. Kristy waited on a customer, as soon as she finished woth her customer she turned her back to me and started fillingthe shelves with cookies, never said hello, ill be right with you or anything. I asked her why she never acknowledged me, shestated she was trying to fill the cookie shelves. Needless to say I just left the store and did not buy anything.
