Took 20 mins to get my to go order. My sandwich was cut so ridiculous there was no bread on top. The short little woman working... the register is ALWAYS crude, not nice. Y'all took my cranberry orange sandwich off the menu so I won't be stopping here again,especially when it takes forever. Read more

Great spuds, McAlister?s I?d known for. How do they find potatoes as big as your head? Who knows. It?s a low priced, usually... healthy meal for your whole family. I think it?s a great lunch or early dinner. The French dip is yum, the salad are great andthe soups are good. Best sweet Southern ice tea around. Read more
We ordered our food and once brought to table we were told they were closing in 9 minutes. The worker came to our table once... again to remind us. My husband and I were rushed to eat our dinner along with another couple. They allowed a friend in therestaurant to hang out while we were rushed. Poor management. Read more
Went last Friday and my wife and I walked in. A lady was mopping the floor. She politely told us they were closed. ???? the door... was unlocked and it was 9:30pm and the door clearly states they?re open until 10pm ???? if hours have changed, maybe you shouldupdate your door stickers and more importantly, LOCK YOUR DOOR AT CLOSING TIME. ?????????????? I love McAlisters food and choices for healthy options. It was really busy at lunch. Some tables were dirty and not bused but I... noticed the two young men that were delivering food and cleaning tables on 6/4/22 were working as fast as they could. Themanager kept delivering verbal orders to them like they could get more done. You could tell the store was short on help. I justhope the female manager doesnt run those two young gentlemen off with her demands. They couldnt do it all. I was pleased with myservice and loved the food. I just hope that manager rewards the good staff she had and remembers its not their fault otherswont work these days. Read more
Great tasting food, friendly staff - but very slow service.
This location excells at customer service. The older man who manages keeps everyone busy. All of the staff are out cleaning and... offering refills on drinks. Best location I r found in Louisville Read more
