While the restaurant hours say 24hours you never know if anyone is going to take your order. We just sat in drive through for 15... minutes along with 4 other cars and no one waited on us. Were there people working? Yes, a more accurate statement would bethere were 4 employees in the building being paid but not doing anything. Stopped in at 10:50 am, waiting behind a guy who had been there at the counter waiting to order. He finally left because no one... came to the counter. Finally after trying to get a workers attention a lady came up yo the counter and told me we had to use thekiosk to order because they were busy. I ordered and waiting. A few minutes later another guy comes in and I tell him he has toorder by kiosk to save him the wait, when a manager from the back comes up and asks if he can take the next order. He was servedand left before they got my order ready. They were busy bur had no sign stating to use the kiosk and the employees acted asthough they couldn't hear me when I asked if anyone was at the counter. I wouldn't have even made a review for all that but theyalso got my order incorrect. I won't eat there again!! Read more

made an online order to the wrong location. So I called the restaurant nobody answered until the third time. I told them what... happened and he mumbled something about we can?t do anything about it. So I nicely said okay who can I call. He said I don?tknow. We can?t do anything. Still being nice I was in the middle of asking if I should call a customer service line and I gotcut off with ?don?t know?. Very rude and unprofessional. Just got back from this store 2:30 am 8/13 ordered two meals with 2 large sprites. Only received 1 sprite upon asking about the... second I was told I only ordered one sprite which I herd the other guy repeat my order and I had 2 . so I offered to pay foranother(it?s like a dollar who cares) that?s when the dude huffed his dirty breath and close the window and pretended I wasn?tthere at all lol he didn?t speak fluent English which could of been the issue but dude was rude for no reason, he?s probably madhe works at McDonald?s anyway. Getting 2 stars because the person taking money at the window was a friendly young man and had conversation ???? THE FOOD WAS A... W F U L . ABSOLUTE BEST TRASH. Had the bacon egg cheese BAGEL meal for the first time since their return as they e been one ofmy favorites ; this location might've ruined this favorite for me ???? Unless they've changed their design, I thought there was"breakfast sauce" on the bagels, because once upon a time it existed. If there is supposed to be any on these new sandwichesthen I had zero. This was the most bland sandwich I have ever eaten and my bagel was probably about 20% burnt so that lessenedthe flavor as well. Also, the hash browns weren't crispy and tastes like oil. ???? My two kids wanted happy meals, but they were so disappointed when we arrived home, opened the box to BURNT chicken nuggets in... both happy meals. I called the number listed a few times, but no answer on their end. They should be ashamed! Never again! Read more
Constantly putting bad reviews in here. If I got good service I would commend. Today went to the front counter inside because... the only had 1 of 2 drive thru lanes open. Stood at the counter for atleast 15 mins. Customer behind me ask if anyone was takingorders they go "NO" you have to use kiosk. That's pretty unprofessional no sign no one notifying the customers.
