The pumpkin spice latte was great, but the service was another subject. The girl working the register was new so she was... struggling to say the least. Other employees were standing around watching her struggle, with a line beginning to get too long,but did nothing to help, just continued to watch her struggle and become even more distressed as the line grew. They did thisuntil I finally lost my patience with the situation and said something to them. It's utterly ridiculous how unwilling people areto help others, and when i say people i am referring to this millennial generation that seems to lack simple respect for othersor the desire to do anything other than stare at their phones and act as if the world owes them everythIng, especially in anenvironment when it is actually in their job description to do so. They must have lost the good manager they had. Employees are closing the lobby way before it should. Don't really understand how... they can't keep the drive-thru moving fast if they're not waiting on anyone inside. Three of them were on break when I tried togo in the lobby Read more
Food was fine. Employee with the two little buns on her head was extremely rude and unpleasant. In fact it seemed like... everybody in the front of the house was unhappy about their job. They didn't smile, they didn't have any manners, they didn'task people if they wanted any sauces or ketchup, they didn't offer to even give them cups for their drinks. The numbers of theorders were not being called out, they were just randomly handing food to people wrong. They tried to give me somebody else'smeal and when I said it wasn't mine, they looked at me like I was the one being rude. I watched as I waited for my food as theyrepeatedly did this to every customer that was in the restaurant. I had to ask for a cup, I had to ask for the milk that camewith my son's happy meal. Everyone in the front of house should be fired, except for the nice young man with short braids whoactually smiled and gave me my cup when I asked for it. If you all hate your job so much, quit. Asked for a Diet coke no ice along with a regular Dr. Pepper, was handed the Dr Pepper. Was asked if that was it and I said no... LG diet coke no ice, guy looked at me and handed me a coke with ice. Whatever....I was told to pull up to 1 spot waiting onfries, ok. Brought me the receipt with 2 10 piece nuggets and 1 LG fry. I politely said I'm missing the other LG fry. 5 minuteslater was handed a small bag when we got to the light we noticed they were not LG fries...... my 2 daughters were not happy andI was not going to sit in a long line again. Drive through was empty when I reach there. were no signs shown to inform me any lane was down, I was in the right lane but no... one speak a single word (FYI I do have a window scroll down ), a few cars drove in on the left lane and keep passing by gettingtheir order, so they made me drive around their building just to get that lane to order. Only went there because was on the way to the zoo for trick or treating and was going to get a trick or treat Pail from a Happy... meal.
