They complain if you use the counter to order they want you to use the kiosk. But the kiosk will not let you make a double fish... sandwich. I've mentioned it and no changes where made. Read more
Went to this McDonald?s last week after my sons baseball game and I have to say that was LITERALLY the best service. And the... food was soooo fresh and soooo good. I haven't visited this location in a while, and typically it is decent, but today was completely unacceptable. My drive-thru... order of chicken nuggets must have sat in the warmer for an hour or maybe even two. They were extremely dry with almost agrayish appearance, which wouldn't have resulted from over frying them. I was already at home before realizing the problem.After forcing two nuggets down due to my hunger, I disposed of the remainder and ate some peanut butter crackers instead. Paid 30$ for a happy meal and 2 chicken sandwich meals. Food was completely unacceptable. Got back in my car, drove back up... there and asked for new food. The person that I spoke with refused...she treated me like complete garbage. Had another guy, the"cook", come out and make crying faces at me lol childish as can be. She took all the food out of the bag and touched it andtried to give it back to me. After 10 minutes and a call to the manager, she agreed to remake it. At that point, the customerservice was so terrible that I didn't trust them to remake my food without spitting in it to be honest. So I just left and hadto go get dinner elsewhere. Read more
