I called my friend and ask her to pick up food on the way home because I never had breakfast or lunch today. I got it home to... find out the sandwich was made wrong. My friend got her food out and I took my sandwich and large fries back to the store. Inever even had the fries out of the bag. I had only looked at the sandwich. I drove back the 3 miles to the store. When i gotthere, i ask them to cook a new sandwich and fries. There was silence and then they asked if I was going to pay for the fries. Isaid no. My fries were cold because the sandwich was wrong. Then they asked if I had the food with me. I said yes.i went to thewindow. The person in charge - Amber Watts - told me she would not replace the cold fries because they were half empty. I neverhad them out of the bag so I told her so ( they must have been filled poorly when ordered) AND I already had to drive the 3miles back to the store to replace the sandwich - most places would compensate the fries just for the inconvenience...it made nosense to me. I asked if she could give me a small fry since they appeared half empty. She said no. So now I have to callcorporate tomorrow to complain which is time consuming but someone needs to report this. She was rude and mean and it wasunnecessary. I spent three years in my teens and another year or so in my twenties working for McDonald's and I remember wellthe work ethic of quality, service and cleanliness. They forgot my chicken nuggets then when I came back to get them you could tell they weren?t not in a good mood. I manage my own... valvoline and it was just very poor customer service. It definitely needs some work. Read more

Very dirty, very very poor service, the people behind the counter could have cared less about customer service or food quality.... They were far more concerned with airing their dirty laundry and bickering amongst themselves. McDonald's should be embarrassedand ashamed of this location. If it were my business, every person working that day would be fired.. Read more

This is the jiffy lube manager across the way from you and today myself and my associate came over to get lunch. I drove and the... lady in the drive through taking my order was rude and mean and didn't communicate anything back to me and snatched my card outof my hand. My associate walked over today and he came back visibly upset about the service he got when he asked them for newfries because his fries were cold and nasty. I would appreciate a phone call from management when possible. Read more

If you enjoy poor service rude employees and burnt food it is a wonderful place to visit, a real gem in St Matthews. I posted a... picture and no it is not a hamburger that is an Egg McMuffin with a burnt egg and a burnt bun and they say it's slightlytoasted. Read more

If you enjoy long drive through lines, rude/ungrateful employees, and burnt hamburger buns then this is the place for you. I... however expect better for how much they are charging for their food. I won't be coming back to this establishment in the future. Read more

Absolutely ridiculous experience. After waiting 20 minutes in a mobile order parking spot (with the inability to go in) I... decided to go through the drive through. I would also like to mention that they were not busy in the slightest so there wasabsolutely no reason for this. Once going through the line and explaining the situation I was told I had to order everythingagain but wouldn't be charged. I guess this was one person because the person at the window was trying to charge me again. Afterexplaining the situation AGAIN twice, that it had been paid for already, she went to talk to someone else. Once that was takencare of, I was given my food and not once apologized to or accommodated in any way. Absolutely ridiculous for a "FAST" foodrestaurant that wasn't busy at all. Don't offer mobile ordering if you can't accommodate. Very irritating Read more
