This McDonald?s gets one star because I have to give them something to leave a review. This McDonald?s deserves -5 stars. This... location is horrible and the manager, Regina is by far the most rude and unprofessional manager I?ve ever came in counter with.How did this lady get her position? I am a store manager and if I ever talked to treated a customer the way Regina treated me, Iwould be fired on the spot! I called and spoke to the manager because they messed up my order, like they do every single day. Icome to this location every day, spending my money and the customer service is terrible. Majority of the workers are rude andact like they don?t know what they?re are doing or they just don?t care. When I asked to speak to the manager, Regina said shewas a manager. I told her that her workers mess my order up everyday. She told me that she has strong black and Hispanicworkers. I asked her what the color of her workers had to do with anything? My coworker then got on the phone with her and allRegina did was over talk her and when she asked for her name, the manager hung up on her. Never had had an employee flat out refused to give us sauce for nuggets we ordered then demanded we tell him sorry even after... telling him multiple times he never gave us any sause he slammed the the window in our face multiple times then refused to giveus our money back after telling us we're lying and also started arguing with the manager and fellow employees he even told themwe were lying when we watched him not put the sauce in the bag then he called us slaves! I understand people get frustrated because there?s a wait sometimes, but it?s like that at every other fast food chain now. I... honestly don?t mind waiting a little for fresh fries. Like 9/10 times their fries are cooked like they?re supposed to be. Manyother McDonald?s undercook their fries, which makes them a nasty, mushy mess. When it comes down to McDonald's I personally do not like it besides some of the items on there menu, and the reason why I don't... like McDonald's much is because when you look at there menu you see these big juicy burgers yet when you get the advertisedburger it's not at all what it is supposed to be, but with this specific McDonald's really the only thing that I do not likeabout it is there dine-in times because me I'm a very busy person, who does not own a car for drive-thru purposes, and instead Iwalk, but since I'm busy half of the time I get there late for which by that time they are closed, and so I don't get to enjoy ameal, but where I come from they are open 24 hour a day not here though they close at 7:00 pm for there dine-in times, and as aresult I do not go here often. No longer a fan of McDonald's, as I think there prices are just ridiculous for a menu that hasn't changed in 40+ years, but I... needed to put something on my stomach & the fries are still edible. Every single mobile order I have every placed here has been wrong. When will I learn my lesson. This location has robbed me out... of .50 so many times for adding cheese. This has got to be the worst McDonald's in Louisville. And they weren't even busy! Read more
Good food as always. Had a small issue but it was resolved quickly, sno complaints from me.
