Sat in the drive thru two nights in a row, first night they just closed without telling anyone at the drive thru. Next night... they were suppose to be open for another hour but weren't taking anyone's order in the drive thru. Just sitting on there phonesinside. All those employees should be fired! Read more
My hotcakes this morning where extra tasty! I ordered a large Orange Fanta to wash them down with and when I took my first drink... it was quite obvious that the drink machine was definitely out of flavoring.... So I brought it to the manager's attention andmy Fanta was quickly replaced (and it was tasty af) iron on top of that they gave my girlfriend a large Coke as well just forthe hassle. The food itself isn't bad but their deceptive practices to find employees is terrible. The sign says "Same Day Pay" yet that is... a lie. Do not work here, you will not be paid. A good friend of mine feel for this. Read more
Consistently the worst McD's EVER. The wait time in drive thru is ridiculous and the food is ALWAYS gross. The LAST Big Mac I... got here was basically 2 scabs served on 3 mushy buns and so much sauce, it was obscene. Get your $hit together. Read more
I came here the other morning and it was one of the best experiences I?ve had at a McDonalds in a long time. I had time to kill... before a meeting, I took my iPad with me to go inside and sit while I eat. I always get my hash brown and sausage biscuit.Anyways Brook (I hope that?s how she spells it) took my order and every aspect of it was great. Her customer service, herability to have the food ready in seconds and she checked on me while I ate my food. I did happen to see a situation of ahomeless man sitting outside where she was kind enough to bring him some food. We need more people like Brook in the world. Read more
Will not ever patronize this location again. Went through drivethrough 10 min ago. Nuggets fries and Shake. Fries were extremely... old, like chewing on a tire. Nuggets weren't much better....and only Luke warm. But the kicker is, no one would answer the phonewhen I called and it was 25 minutes till closing. They are still open as I write this. The crew member was nice and polite.Which I've noticed McDonalds in general improving on in great strides. Service with a smile and some personality! But this time,the food sucked and the post service, customer service was non existent. 1 star, just for G.P.....Now I have to go to bed hungryon the night before a three and a half hour drive for one of the most important days of my last few years. ???????? Very nice employee in the drive-through I wish I had gotten her name! I?ve taken my niece?s here twice in the past 2 weeks, upon... leaving both times there has been an issue with window personnel not wanting to give any sauces? Super strange. I brushed itoff the first time but this time they were upset so I feel like I should lyk people if you want sauce- just go somewhere elsethat kids like or maybe a different McDonald?s .. when it?s kids they love their sauce lol? I managed to get one sauce for a20 piece nugget for the nieces to share and they didn?t want the other one to not have any so I just told them I would stash itfor the next time lol???????????
