After several visits to this McDonald's unfortunately I hate to say rather drive several miles down the road to another... McDonald's even though this one is in walking distance of my home with that said the management is very rude not helpful theyare slow at service and seem to get even the smallest order wrong and when you go to it to be corrected you would think you'regoing through a security checkpoint somewhere. I truly hope that the McDonald's corporation addresses these issues with thisMcDonald's because it's me and my family's favorite place to eat and always has been in everyone who I've encountered aroundthis McDonald's agrees with the statements I have made it's sad that this operation has become such a unpleasant experience andI look forward to improvements as soon as possible so that I can visit my neighborhood McDonald's again thank you hope everyonewho reads this has a great day God bless. I get that some people have a bad day we all do at 1 point. However when I go to pay for my meal and I say ~Have A Great Day~ to... the cashier in the drive-thru and i get a Yup! I pulled up to the menu board at 10:55 p.m. as you can see on your video tapes if you play it back they sat me there until they... were closed. The store it's not as bad as Fern valley store but Jesus Christ people you can't get nothing right. Was in a rush. Stopped here and ordered 5 happy meals in drive thru. All were same to keep things simple. Got home only to find... that none had toys in them and the apples were not the normal spices but cubed apples that go on oatmeal (choking hazard forsure). No napkins. No sauces. Is been over a year since my last visit. We all know in lynnview that this location can't get it right. My nephew wanted to... give it another try. Again I had to make a second trip last night because it wasn't right. We eat in almost all the time becausethe we are tired of spending $30-50 dollars just to be frustrated in the end.
