Horrible customer service.. order via mobile app. He meaning the manager told me I ordered at a different location Fern Valley... I said. No this is the address the app says and brought me to 2800 outerloop. 5-10 min just to find my order that had alreadycame out of my bank account. He slamed all thw food on a the counter in a ripped bag one sandwich half unwrapped falling out ofthe bag. I asked for a bigger bag.. Even the people behind me comment how rude their manager was I waited another 20min for myorder every thing was cold he told me I was waiting on fries but the fresh fries sat In the basket done while he took thepeoples order behind me. So all my food was ice cold and the Fresh fries I waited on were not even fresh. So I legit waisted25.15 on garbage. No one ate any of the cold food. Read more
This McDonald's was delicious. They have trucker parking and also plenty of road parking. The food was and fresh. It tasted... delicious but was a little greasy. Also, they did not carry the new adult happy meal. Read more
It'd be nice to have a clear visual on traffic coming from south of the restaurant but it's impossible because of the... tractor-trailers parked along the side of the road blocking any driver's views when they attempt to pull out of the parking lot.Allow semi drivers to park in the lot and rest especially at night, instead of them parking on the side of the road. Waited in line forever then I paid with my app, get the window and waited probably 5-7 more mins for them to tell me their... machine is down sorry. I ordered a Carmel frappe, 9/10 times I go to any surrounding McDonald?s including this one. The machineis always down. Okay so annoying as that is then she just looks at me like, bye. I?m not gone yet. I said okay so are yourefunding my app, she got an attitude and said we have nothing to do with that app. Funny because that?s how they took mypayment. I said okay so you can write my name down or give me a credit for next time. She said nope I can?t do that. I then askfor manager and she said she was the manager her name is Crystal (apparently McDonald?s really hire anyone). Then I ask forcorporate number, she said McDonald?s don?t have a corporate ???? I guess she?s the owner of all McDonald?s. She probably mademy frappe and drank herself by the looks of her. I ask her if she messes up an order they don?t fix it? She said yes but wedidn?t mess up your order ??????????? girl bye. I paid for my order and didn?t even get it. I literally left because I had my 3children and I?m not about to get cops called on me. Came in for lunch, the lobby was actually open. We could go in and eat. A rare site these days. The service was professional... and great, they were fast at getting us our food, we weren't even done making our drinks by the time our food came up. Ourfries and hamburgers were hot and fresh. The manager was actually out helping his employees and taking orders. The best servicewe have gotten from a fast food restaurant since before the beginning of covid. Read more
This location?. I was on my way to pick up my daughter and was going to grab a snack. When I first pulled up I sat there for... several minutes and had to say hello before anyone answered. Medium vanilla shake no whip cream or cherry and a 10 piece ofnuggets. The milkshake machine was broken (of course like always).
