Had been craving a McRib since they came back so I sent the hubby to get us one. When he got home, the patty was burnt and the... BBQ sauce was almost black. The picture doesn't do it justice. I tried to call to complain and they must have the phone off thehook because the line has been busy for the last 45 minutes straight and hubby said they had a sign up saying they were closingat 9:45 due to short staff and they didn't give him a receipt. Theres always short staffing and rude workers. Having a line of customers out front standing, waiting to be waited on for... minutes at a time is bad, but when you yell back letting the staff know, your response shouldn't be rude it should be calmingand to the point of "I'm sorry for the wait, but we will have someone there asap. Horrible customer service. I ordered at the drive through, horrible service and seemed like the lady was doing something else.... Of course when we get to the window she is watching videos on her phone. After getting our order I ask for ketchup and sweetand sour. I get a long lecture from the older gentlemen I am assuming the manager that I need to order these in advice becausehe has lost $2000 on condiments this month. Here is some friendly advice from a customer. Spend time properly training yourstaff to be customer service oriented, NOT LAZY, and do not pass the buck for your mistakes on a customer. We tell you what wewant at the order kiosk and you struggle to get that right 50% of the time, don't act like the customer is at fault for yourmistakes. Read more
Drink machine down. Or just too lazy to re fill syrup? Sweet tea is made in its own container. Out of that too. Workers are... lazy. Drive through is slow. They always get orders wrong. Icecream machine always down. This McDonald?s sucks overall. Read more
Waited 47 minutes to place my order due to under staffing. And it took 20 more minutes to get my food together. It was only 2... double cheeseburgers and a fry and they forgot the fry. They need alot of help at that location. It's always been a problematicrestaurant however. Read more

I want to give 0 starts. The morning diver-thru attendant taking your order is the most rudest individual and the food in... horrendous. Both my hash browns were burnt to a crisp and hard as a rock. My breakfast sandwich biscuit was stale and hard.Everything had to be thrown away. Eight dollars just thrown in the trash. This location should honestly be ashamed ofthemselves. Read more
It is just another McDonalds. I come here sometimes for a quick breakfast and I have not had much issues. It is a little dirty... on the inside. It should be cleaner for an eating establishment. Read more
