Took 37 minutes for 6 cars to get thru drive-thru, it took 4 minutes from the time I pulled to the menu board for someone to... take my order then after paying and pulled to pickup window she had to ask me what my order was, took another 4 minutes to getorder. I'm wondering if the food prep people here know how to count. Several times I've ordered a double quarter pounder, I got a... single burger- gully dressed. Today, I ordered the DQP and a 10 piece nugget, got a single burger (in a DQP box) and a 6 piecenugget. Not to mention, the fries were cold- not luke warm- literally COLD. Tried calling- several times, in fact- and ananswering machine picked up?! Make sure to check every single item before leaving, and make sure to get a receipt, because theyDO NOT answer their phone. Something is always wrong with the McCafe machine or ice cream machine, and it sucks so lost a star.. The manager on duty was... super nice and she tried to correct the issue...We wanted a Big Mac and quarter pounder the BOGO for $1 deal, But was chargedfull amount. So she "refunded" it to my card and then rang it up the right way, paid for it and she brought the card back, hadto ask for the receipts for the original purchase, the refund and the new purchase.. but anyway the refund still hasnt beenreceived. This is not such a great functioning McDonald's management usually is the problem . Large fries more Tham 4 times have been... only half full addressing the problems does no good . Waited over 30 minutes in the stall for food had to finally go in afterthat time and pick it up no one even cared food was cold and drink was watered down sat to long. Either owner need to dosomething or the franchise needs to do something. Read more

This is my local McDonald's. Like most McDonalds I come here because it cheap and convenient, most of the time to get a drink... and a mcdouble. The only real setback to this branch is the frequency of which they get your order wrong. But if you take itback they will fix it. The people here are usually friendly and are good for a laugh. I actually enjoyed the food there at the McDonald's it was very clean and dude was hot fresh and didn't take more than 5 minutes... to get to us we actually got there and there's nobody in line so they went to take us but the thing was is that there was a ladythere who could not speak any English so he had to wait I say four or five minutes to get somebody that could translate and Iunderstand everybody has to work 100% agree with that but until you can learn the language that is used the most at that companyI feel as you should be able to talk accurately with the people your customers it would be like if I went overseas anywhere andI didn't know that language I would not get a job where I had to constantly talk to the people that come in there the customersbut other than that it was very nice like I said very clean and the food was great Read more
