We waited in line for over 20 minutes only to get there ans be told our online order was canceled. We were told we ether had to... pay full price without using the rewards I got from the app, or we had to go all the way to the back of the line to order again.Never going here. Read more

They gave me wrong condiment's. Made coffee wrong. Had a bunch of kids in front of me being disrespectful. Ordering one item at... a time. Complaining about change. Ended up taking my order when they called it. The manager knew them all and did nothing aboutit. Read more
We went through the drive thru. The 2 people working were so nice!! Didnt take but a minute. Food was hot. They need to work on... the fries being fresher and tea. But everything else was fine. Read more

My food is always hot and fresh when I visit, and I see the staff working hard to get orders out fast, and they are also... friendly, lots of times to people who are not friendly back. This McDonald's is always clean when I visit inside too. I had anissue with the McDonald's app, but the mananger, Dawn, she made it right and helped me. I go to all the McDonald's in this area,Greenwood, Dixie Manor, 8600 Dixie, Shively Dixie McDonald's, Cane Run McDonald's, Third Street, and Second Street McDonald's,and from my own personal experience, this is the fastest and most consistent McDonald's I go to.
