Well twice in the past week I paid $1 extra to get a 6pc nugget happy meal for my daughter an both times she received 5?? Kind... of feels like there being told to do that , how does it happen 2x in a roll an never b4? Somewhat good customer service, but the food was bad, burger wasn't warm at all, buns were stale, fountain drinks are watered... down or had barely any carbonation, fries was the only thing worth eating. Not going back to this location. Read more
Why is my food always warm to cold or my fries are not done or my mocha frappe is literally like a milky consistent with crushed... ice WHY??? The concept of fast food is so people can get a good quality tasting food, not cold and undone food ?DO BETTERPLEASE? it is very disappointing to have a business Not operating correctly and a waste of people?s money, either do better oryou will be hearing from the BBB. Went through the drive thru 20 mins. before closing . The Staff was friendly , efficient , and energetic . Food was fresh , hot... and the milkshakes were perfect ! Great customer service and even faster service ! Read more
I eat at McDonalds pretty often. This location is consistently the worst food I?ve had at any McDonalds. Today was no different.... The iced coffee was burnt and had the after taste of fry grease. The McChicken contained pencil eraser size rubbery pellets. Icouldn?t eat or drink anything from here today at all. Plus, I had to walk inside to get my curbside order after having waited15 mins. The GM at this location was very respectful and helpful. Ordered through the app and one of the items wasn?t at this location... she came out to apologize as well as made a speciality drink just for me a slushie that looked like cotton candy mix. I stop here for breakfast quite a bit when I work at my PRP branch. The food is always hot and good but the drive thru line is... somewhat slow sometimes. I know this morning as I was getting my food, I was at the second window and the lady kept asking if Ishould pull me up to the help the line. Closed the window on me once but no worries. Sad excuses for incompetence. Heard the manager set a customer off with using trigger words. Also, there are items showing out... of stock on the kiosk but some are not but I'm told are. They claim they can't edit it. That may be true but surely they can puta note up. The manager has no business in that role. She just looked at me and didn't off any apologies. Read more
