Well the order was correct but they told us to pull forward to wait for our food. And we sat there for the next twenty minutes... maybe even a half hour while they served everyone else but us. And when we did get our food it wasn't hott like you'd expect itto be if it were just finished cooking. Read more
My comment is really a question. When did McDonald's stop using real cheese? This is not my first time getting a sandwich where... the cheese was not melted. Yet another mcdonalds with the attitude of guest comes first. Even the staff makes u feel good about coming here. These are high... school students. There ideas are sometimes not ours. Their attitudes are sometimes not what we want to see however the last 4mcdonalds ive been in has had great employees and mgrs.'ll of excellence. This one is so clean and quite and busy. I went tryed to get my order at the drive thru &the so called guy manger was so nasty, I had to go in side to talk to the... wonderful manager named Stacy but she was already gone,a real nice girl named Mary did help me,the guy told me to get outbecause he was just nasty I have never been treated like that before there& I hope I never see him again r I will go to 2ndStreet he has no biz working with people, thanks to all the great people that have been so great in the past Read more
