I normally have a decent experience. The only downfall the lobby is normally closed and the drive though is usually backed up!!
The crew at this McDonald's is great. They were professional and swift. They made me feel like they were happy to see me. I left... with fresh hot food and smiling. This was so refreshing especially at a restaurant on Dixie highway. Read more

This Mc Donald's saved the day. On the 4th of July, all the other restaurants closed earlier than their posted business hours. ... This location was the only resteraunt in Louisville that didn't have an excuse for why th we y were closing early. I don'tknow his name but there was a black guy who was working very hard on a busy night. My food was piping hot and good. In fact, itwas the freshest Mc Donald's that I could ever remember having. Horrible! Sat outside with my kid for over 25 mins with my kid in the car, bc first they had to drop chicken nuggets, then when... I finally went in after 8 cars went through the drivethrough, they didn't have any fries for my order.
