McDonald's has always been one of my favorites as far as fast food. This is what I faced as I visited 4 different McDonald's... restaurants. I've always loved the ice cream ???? cones as far back as 1978 I can remember the taste of the ice cream and thesmell and taste of the cone. I've come to love the frappechino the past few years although they are pricey yet I am pleased withthem when I can order one and it isn't a caramel macchiato in place of my usual caramel with light chocolate drizzlefrappechino. I am told that the ice cream machine is down or the frappechino is made solely by a machine with almost no humaneffort but I know they are full of it. My complaint is only on these two items as the food is for the most part as I rememberbut the money I've lost has been about a little over $40. I've called and complained about the service but was never offered asingle dollar refund or a replacement drink as I have stated there is nothing that can be done about it, reason being "it's notmy fault because the machine does all the work" and twice had to just buy a coffee because I am pressed for time. This puts meat around $50 dollars lost and nothing for me to do now but sit and wait because I can't stay on hold and waste both time andmoney in the process of adding stress to what should be a pleasant experience. Well McDonald's isn't what it used to be their food "Hamburgers" has really gone down in quality quite a lot and the service at... most McDonald's have been very poor getting my orders wrong most all the time! However the McDonald's that I went to the othernight, "Cane Run Rd."it was late but pretty good including the service from the attendant there, I guess because he had to makethe cheeseburgers fresh and they weren't smashed into a (Pancake) like most times so not bad this time. The quality of the foodand the size of the burgers have really dwindled down from the good old days of when "Ronald McDonald" was in charge of things,oh well. Read more
Each day before 12pm here you will wonderful customer service. The guy in the first window taking cash has been there for a... while each day I have been there and is sooo kind to my fiance and I. His mood definitely brightens our day because we LOVEseeing happy people. They must have some great team work inside because the lines are always moving. Great job morning shift.Day shift and night shift is a hit and miss with customer service and lines are a little longer. Read more
I will no longer go to this McDonald's anymore, the service has gotten bad, the manager, Paige, lied to me about why my order... was made wrong the other day! Which BTW, If u come get breakfast here around 10:15ish, if they do not have the yellow egg foryou bacon egg cheese biscuits, they put that gross white one on and DO NOT INFORM U AT ALL! When you call to tell them, themanager lies and says oh u got the wrong order... wrong mam they did this bc they always dothus. Instead of making it right theydecide to not make more food bc breakfastends at 10:30 am! And anotherthing, 2 days in a roll the frappe is straight ice and notaste! Both days they had to remake it and still nasty and wrong!!.I used to love this McDonald's, it used to be the best! Withhappened... now it's the worst! But Dennis and Tony and my girl at the 2nd window after 9 am, they are good employees! They needa raise! other ppl need better training!!
