If you are wondering if O'Charley's has been affected by staff shortage, it has. But if you were not looking for it, you... wouldn't be able to tell. The manager, who was around my dad's age, was carrying a smile, and working bussing tables, seatingguests, taking drink orders, etc. His positive energy carried his small team, which made it to where we were seated right away,unlike other restaurants with over a 2 hour wait. Service was good.. That's the reason for 2 stars. Greeters were polite and friendly. Food was horrible. Ordered to go, when I... checked the food in the car, the chicken strips were so old, cold and dried out. The rolls were the same. The nachos had almostno toppings, and although I paid for extra cheese, there was no extra anything. The chips and queso tasted good, and the quesowas hot. We spent over $50, and threw most of it away. We would be happy to wait for fresh food, that's why we ordered to comepick up. PLEASE STOP GIVING CUSTOMERS OLD, DEAD FOOD! Read more

Took my uncle and son to eat there earlier tonight and although the pork chop was no good the service was great. Kevin is the... best waitor by far that we have ever had there. He was very attentive and great to be around. We will definitely go back and inhopes that we get him again. Really cared about our time being there and never left us thirsty!!!! Read more
