Never a bad visit here. I've eaten at many pizza spots here in Louisville but this is my go to spot. Sometimes I would find a... reason to drive from Knox to eat here. Read more

Ordered the 18 inch cheese pizza and garlic knots. Both was absolutely phenomenal. Flavor was spot on, food was hot, staff was... very friendly and accommodated when I asked for side items and napkins. Definitely recommend to try both. Not from the area butwill be back my next trip through. Read more

First time here, got a veggie and a Brooklyn, both excellent. The pizza, the atmosphere, everything about this place is... wonderful. Makes me think of Week-end Burger down on Nat'l Turnpike. Will be returning every time I'm out on this side of town. Read more

The food was good, but it felt more like a New York Subway instead of a restaurant. Sadly, to say.

Called and ordered two pizza?s for take out. I showed up and they had only made one pizza. I told them the order was wrong, ... there were two pizza?s. The guy behind the counter said they only had one pizza. I asked if it was $47.40 for one pizza. Thenthe guy looked it up and said there were two pizzas with ?extra enchilada sauce?. I said no, I ordered two pizzas, both withextra sauce because he did not have ?enchilada sauce?. He apologized and said he could make me another pizza but it would be10-15 minutes. I told him, no, he could make me two, both with extra sauce, or I would never order pizza there again. I wantedto have the two fresh pizza?s, with the extra sauce that I ordered and paid for. To my chagrin, I got home and found the onepizza was the original. It was cold, tasted like cardboard. I am not sure how much the one pizza cost them but I guarantee itwill cost them more than the one pizza they did not make fresh for me. Also, I am not sure if anyone has ever heard of a?Net-Promoter? at Old School NY, but someone there should look it up if they do not know. I will tell every single person whoever asks about my experience and tell them to order from somewhere else. I promise you will lose money for not making thisright. It is the principle of the matter. Maybe I am old and cranky, but I like my food fresh and hot. Also, the place I work, orders food for the employees two days a week and our office is less than a mile away from Old School. We spend more than$1000.00 per month on delivery. Guess where I will make sure we never order from? And yes, ownership, if you want to make itright, feel free to contact me. Your employees are costing you business. If you don?t care, that?s fine too. Read more

Been eating here for years, it still amazes me people don?t know about this place. Normally I go for lunch slices, today I... ordered 5 pizzas for my daughter?s birthday party. It was a big hit and fed 20 adults/kids with plenty of leftovers. Greatservice and food no matter if you?re getting a quick slice or need to feed a big group. Always consistent and the best NY slicein town. The specialty pies are my favorite. The truck plant, bbq chicken, veggie, etc. The classic pepperoni is good too. Lovethe tiny pepperonis that curl up when you bake them. Keep up the good work y?all. Read more

My family of four stopped for pizza here and had a great meal. We ordered an 18? half-veggie and half meat pizza that was very... filling for all of us. Good NY styled pizza without the fast food feel. Read more
