Service was decent except the dirty glasses/dishes were never taken off the table. The medium rare steak was more like a... Pittsburg. Burnt to hell outside and medium rare inside. My family and I ordered from them a couple of days ago. It was a little hard to reach them over the phone which is why I had to... take away one star. Other than that, it was relatively easy to order once we were able to reach someone. As someone who is on agluten-free diet, they were very accommodating and had a gluten-free menu that was easily accessible online. I was surprised athow much was on the gluten-free menu as most restaurants don?t even offer one gluten-free option. For reference, I ordered thegluten-free grilled shrimp on the barbie, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. When we picked up the food, they even made sure toseparate my gluten-free food from everything else, so that it would be safe from cross-contamination. They were super kind, allof our orders were correct and the food was still hot by the time we got it home. It all turned out to be delicious. They make a nice steak here. There are lots of TVs around the bar area. The servers are very nice to customers.
The wait for a table was about 30-40 minutes but they were pretty busy. Our appetizers came fairly quickly but our meals were... slow in coming due to two large groups being seated right before us...which we understood. However, it was not our typicalOutback experience when our meals arrived as they were not exactly what we ordered. I ordered a steak and chicken combo withthe steak "medium well" but instead it was VERY red in the center with blood. Our daughter ordered the new fried chicken(boneless chicken breast rolled in blooming onion batter) dinner with two sides and instead she received a chicken sandwich withonly one side. Our other daughter ordered the adult chicken tender platter and it had a huge amount of fries and very fewtenders. My husband received his dinner as ordered and said it was delicious. We could have requested that the meals becorrected however due to the wait for our meals to arrive we were pushed for time in order to get our daughter to her ProjectGrad event so simply ate what we were brought (except for my steak which I brought home to cook a bit more.) Hopefully if wedecide to try Outback again in the future we will have a better meal experience. Read more
Enjoyed a meal at the bar last night. Both gentleman who served us were knowledgeable of the menu, conversational and made our... meal a pleasure. I had the lamb chops on recommendation and my brother had the outlaw ribeye. Our food came out hot anddelicious in decent enough time for as busy as they seemed. Mediocre, Definitely doesn't look like they are cleaning. Hand smears, loads of dust and looks like people(probably kids)... licking the glass. The food looked great, steak was slightly overcooked, but disappointingly not seasoned. Main issue wasservice(from our server). Seated, took our drink order, came back a few minutes later with them, we were ready to order theysaid alright I'll be right back. Few more minutes went by, came for our orders. And just disappeared. No bread, we ended upflagging down a different server, whom was helpful and brought bread, silverware, refills even though we were not her seating. Read more
