Me and my wife went to the Outback. The food was delicious. We got the mushrooms which has a same batter as the blooming onion;... it was delicious. The bread is always the same. I got this new dish that was fettuccine alfredo with filet kabobs and shrimpsauteed on top of it. It was pretty good. My wife got the grilled chicken breast and asparagus and she liked it. The manager,Lance, was very, very Wonderful! He's very nice and he talks with all his customers like they are his family. The managerspersonality is one thing That brings me back here every time. We had a great dinner at Outback as usual: delicious food, personable service, and reasonable prices! The Bloomin' Shrimp,... Bloomin Chicken, and New York Strip (get it bone-in for extra flavor!). It looked so tasty when it arrived that I startedenjoying it right away and forgot to take a photo until I asked for my "doggie bag," so some of these pictures reflect that. Read more
Ordered with Uber eats. Spent $70. Order was not exactly right. Asked for chicken sandwich, no sauce?. I think they put extra... sauce. My son wouldn?t eat it. I ordered salmon, baked potato, and salad without onion. The salmon was good? baked potato Ithink was made yesterday and the salad had onions. The blooming onion was soggy but I?m sure that?s an unavoidable challenge fortake out. Very disappointed. I also had called to make sure no sauce on the chicken and it took 3 cycles of going through thevoice answering service to get a human. Maybe they were short staffed. Heard negative things about Outback but decided we wanted to give it a shot. Was it perfect? No. My wife?s steak was wrong... twice. Too forever to get a re-fire. But the food was very good! My steak was so juicy! The onion blossom was as good as theysay! Will we be back? Yep. Was it as bad as everyone says it is? No. Could it be more organized? Absolutely but the food wasworth it. One of the worst experiences I have had. We come to Outback at least once a month and this was the worst. We will never be back.... My wife?s steak was supposed to be well done and was medium at best. My steak was well done and was supposed to be medium. So wesent them back. But the manger came out and told my wife that hers will cook more on the plate ????. REALLY the steak will notmake it to well done. So she didn?t want to argue with him so she just didn?t eat. But they bring me a new steak and this timeit was not well done but it also was not a fillet it was a sirloin. I told him that it was not a fillet and he told me that hepersonally cooked the steak even know I seen him at the bar area the whole time and said he just beat the steak to make it moretender.REALLY I NEVER HAD SOMEONE BEAT MY FILLET TO MAKE UT TENDER. So we just paid for our food and didn?t eat. The mangernever cared about making anything right even though we never asked you should as a manager know. After an hour and a half ofwaiting for food and we never ate. Good news is it was multi wife?s and I food not our kids so they did eat. WE WILL NEVER BEBACK AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. Read more
