I usually LOVE Panera, however, this one particular night I ordered the broc/chef Mac n cheese, picked it up at 6:29pm and it... looks/tastes like it was scraped off the bottom of the pot. I am a huge fan of Panera. I love multiple things on their menu in each category. From soups, salads, sandwiches, pizza, their... dessert and breakfast bakery options, as well as regular breakfast. Typically I always order ahead of time and pick up or gothrough the drive thru. I've been frustrated with this location in particular because they always leave something off my order.If I order a bagel and cream cheese they have forgot the cream cheese every time. If I order a sandwich with chips they forgetthe chips every time. I'm not even exaggerating, they have left something off my order every single time I've been to thislocation.. which as of late has been once a week or so. I still go to this location because it is the closest one to me and thefood is always spot on regardless if they forget something. All I'm saying is make sure to check your bag before you leave theparking lot if you order ahead of time or use the drive thru. Read more
I had the teriyaki chicken broccoli bowl and unfortunately it wasn?t served as pictured on the menu. Even though all the main... ingredients were there, it looked like it was just slopped together. Not very appetizing to be honest. I ordered curbside, buteven though the app sent me a message saying my order was ready, after waiting about 10 minutes I just went in a asked for itmyself. Got my order wrong twice in one visit. The spinach in my salad was wilted and had a creamy texture. Nothing that was supposed to... be toasted was toasted. And the kitchen staff had an attitude when I asked for my disgusting salad to be remade. I love Panera,however I will not ever return to this location. Read more

Stopped in after a visit to the DMV. Needed coffee real bad. Excellent coffee and excellent service. Friendly and comfortable... place. Even had a pastry. Yum. Not crowded at the time we went. Good food, drinks and courtesy. Enough said. Read more
Dined at this location for the time and was exceedingly please. Parking lot was well kept, the dining area was superbly clean.... You could either order at the counter with a cashier or at the self serve kiosk, the waiting area was easy to find and thescreen displaying the order placement was easy to read. My order came out fast, the server was friendly and my food wascorrectly made. I highly recommend this locations. Read more
