I've come here at least 2-3 times a day thanks to their sip club for about a year now. My orders are never wrong. Service is... always really fast. The staff are extremely sweet and kind. I seriously love coming here. I get soup, salads, some bakery itemson occasion. Their brownies and muffins are seriously out of this world. I've stopped going to other drive thru places for themost part. They even give my dogs pup cups! WHIPPED CREAM WITH BACON! I've had good experiences here, but more often than not, bad. This panera is conveniently located to get breakfast so I've given... them more chances than they deserve purely because it's my only option sometimes. This morning I was the only car in the drivethru. I ordered a hot breakfast sandwich and a cold sandwich and salad. I was told to pull up and wait. I waited for 20 minutesfor my food. I figured they had to make my sandwich fresh or something. They didn't have sausage or egg cooked maybe becausemaking a salad and cold deli sandwich shouldn't be something I'd have to wait that long for. When I got my order, my hotsandwich was cold. So what was I actually waiting for if it wasn't because they were making that sandwich to order? How did ittake 20 minutes for them to make a deli sandwich and salad and give me a then cold breakfast sandwich? I had a similarexperience in the drive thru last Sunday. Picked up a cup of homestyle chicken noodle soup w/ a fresh piece of baguette, a delicious papaya green tea and a fine brownie.... Everything is oh so good! The window person was very friendly which made my visit a perfect 100%. Read more

Used the app to order, while waiting they I watched them lose and misplace curbside orders and take out partial orders because... staff weren't communicating. My order was late, no big deal but my sandwich was thrown together haphazardly and the bacon burnt.My pecan braid was stale and burnt, not even edible. Read more
