The food is always very good. Big fan of Peach/Blueberry smoothie. Sorry to see summer ???? fruit salad gone until next summer.
I've ate Panera at the Poplar Level Road location three times this week. The first time was a good experience except the lady in... drive thru was apparently was impatient. Kept asking "is that all?" when I had just ordered one item at first then after eachitem she annoyingly repeated. The second time their chicken noodle soup was burnt, overcooked, but the little lady at thewindow was so super nice! The third time, which was today, was awful! They not only rushed through my order via drive thru butwere super rude. When we pulled up the man clerk was very rude slamming the window acting like we were chopped liver. I askedif the soup was overcooked like yesterday and they said they checked it and it wasn't. There was hardly any soup in my bowl! Andit was overcooked, the bowl was full of juice but hardly any chicken and noodles. They asked if we could pull to the front forthe smoothie they said it will be a minute. The smoothie was awful. There's no way that they made it correctly. Did not taste orlook like the smoothie I always order. They left something out to just be difficult. They all had a nasty attitude when wepulled to the window after we advised them of their burnt soup yesterday. I'm feeling under the weather and just wanted somegood hardy chicken noodle soup and healthy smoothie. They were supposed to give me a Panera card three times ago. Nothing. I'mvery disatisfied. If it was just the food I may of gave it another chance. The way that they were so rude to me is justunbelievable. I won't be back. Read more
Avocado egg white and spinach sandwich, summer fruit cup, cinnamon crunch bagel, and Sierra Mist. This was a hardy breakfast and... very filling. I loved eating this. I tried the cinnamon crunch bagel for the first time and it wasn't too sweet. This meal costme $26 on Grubhub. Read more
I got the broccoli cheddar soup. It was extremely good. Should have gotten a full bowl. Also got half a chicken sandwich. Very... good too. All the employees were very nice and helpful. I hadn't been to a Panera for about 25 to 30 years. There are none in myarea. Read more
I just went in late and had a charged lemonade! New to me. They have lots of new items and I love Panera. The only minus this... time is .. the place was pretty empty but every table was dirty. I really don?t understand that. My charged lemonade was fine. Read more
I'm am a regular at this location, visiting at least a few times a week. I often add a latte to my food order or get just a... latte by itself, and have been really disappointed lately. I waited to post a review as I thought it was an outlier event, butthis has happened the past 3-4 times. I ask for a hot almond milk latte with no whip cream and this is what I get (see photo). Iask for my money back, or for another one and they remake it for me, but still. Can't y'all make a whole drink if you're gonnacharge me $4 for it? Really ridiculous. Read more
Love this place! They've got a good selection of unique menu items to choose from that are flavorful and filling. With dine-in,... fast delivery and curbside options, it's an easy choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Panera's concept of "clean food" helpsthem standout but they are a bit pricey. I recommend you try them out. Read more
