This was my first visit at the Chestnut Street location and it was not a pleasant experience. When I arrived there was one... person behind the counter and no one at the register. I reviewed the menu prior to my arrival so I knew what I wanted to order.I just had to confirm that the item was still on the menu. So I stepped up to the register, no one else in line and waited. Ilooked over at the person behind the counter and they just stared at me. Finally after a few minutes they walked over to where Iwas standing and took my order. The teriyaki chicken & broccoli lacked flavor and was luke warm. In addition, we are in themist of a COVID pandemic and the bread was just thrown into the bag. Read more
First ever time visiting a Panera, and can honestly say it'll be the last. Lady behind the counter was friendly, and food tasted... great which is why it's a 3/5, but prices..... that's where it gets ya. $10 for a sandwich, the kids choices supposedly comewith a choice of yogurt, bread, or something else, and when we stated the yogurt, we were charged separately from the kidssandwich for the yogurt. I recommend if you like "gourmet" items but if you don't wanna spend a fortune, it's not the place foryou. Read more
First time at this location. Very pleased with the quick service in the midst of a busy environment. Employees were very... friendly and engaged with customers. Food quality is top notch. I love the Mediterranean bowl with chicken! The bowls are agreat option for those who need to eat gluten free. Very healthy and filling. Read more
THE MAC & CHEESE WITH BACON IS TO DIE FOR. MY SISTER HAD A VEGAN CLAIM CHOWDER THAT WAS GREAT AS WELL!
The food and service is great, but the prices are ridiculous. $12-15 for lunch now. The value is simply not there. What was... once a regular stop is now a once in great while due to pricing. Read more
