11/30/22 Tonight was busy for this store, as you could tell by each of the crew members staying on task trying to get orders... ready and out the door. With a busy night comes the stress of it also, the manager on tonight needs to find a different careerpath, I waited patiently for my order, I understand how stressful and chaotic things can feel when it's rush time and workingwith food, however it does not excuse his actions of throwing the pizza pans and cursing in front of a lobby full of customers.I didn't catch the name of the crew member who stepped up and started getting the orders straightened out and given to thecorrect customers, I remember he had green guages, there's someone who should be promoted, or given a raise, he workedphenomenal under pressure, accurately, and quickly!! Ordered our pizza at roughly 6:00 on Sunday, Nov 20th. The pizza was wrong so we called the manager. The manager starts with... an attitude and said it would take 1.5 hours. Seems like they would have moved us to the front of the line, but not this store. He said they were remaking it and hangs up. We called back to ensure it was going to be delivered as he never asked for theaddress although we talked in detail about what the pizza was. Almost two hours past, so we called back inquiring about ourpizza. While I was on the phone we checked the front door where found a cold pizza, and it wasn?t even close to the order. Themanager said we ordered door dash and it was our fault that they didn?t knock on the door, but when I brought up the pizza waswrong again, he sat the phone down and you could here him cussing away in the background until someone hung the phone up. Icalled back and asked the manager for his name, so I could file a formal complaint tomorrow, but he refused. The sad part issomeone?s kids actually work for this character. Read more

When we first moved to J-Town about 6 years ago we'd count on this Papa John's fast, reliable pizza for our Saturday Night movie... viewing. It is this location that introduce me to the (at the time) Local Favorite, which is a pizza with pepperoni, Italiansausage, and jalapeño. For a while that would the only order we'd make, then they changed it to something else. We'd stillorder from them but order a build-your-own. The last year-and-a-half or so has lead us away from this Papa John's. There havebeen a number of experiences that have marred our taste (so to speak) regarding this location. On a couple occasions we'd placeon order online, get an email confirmation that the order was accepted, then about three minutes later an email that the orderwas cancelled with 100% no explanation. No one the store answered when we called. We still don't know why thishappened. There have been occasions when we call earlier in the day to see how late they're open for delivery and would planour order accordingly. Later that day, still within delivery time frame we were provided a few hour previously, we'd place anorder only to find out that they were closed. Wanting to hold on to our diminishing love for Papa John's we recently orderedthe once-Local Favorite I mentioned earlier. The odds were in our favor and they were still open and still delivering. Whenthe pizza arrived it was very much a disappointment. It was a limp, not-too-warm pizza that looked like it was suffering fromdepression. It was literally flat and lifeless. That was it. No more. There are plenty of pizza options in the J-Town areathat will gladly take your pizza dough ($$ - see what I did there?) and give you a great pie. Even if I have to drive to pickup my Saturday Night pizza, at least I know it'll be better than this. Read more

I ordered 3 garlic knot orders on doordash and each of them had a layer of burnt garlic at the bottom to the point that it is... indistinguishable from sand. I personally would not have minded dry bread sticks but but they all taste like burnt garlic. Read more

We've ordered from here dozens of times. The employees work hard and are always very nice. We've only had a handful of issues... that they took care of with no issue. We came in tonight for a carry out. The poor employees had to deal with a customer whojust wanted to throw a fit for no reason. The employees were telling them what the price was and these people were just arguing.I was just having to wait for these people to calm down and eventually I just asked if I could have my pizza and the employeewas quick to help me out, and was very nice. Thank you all for helping us with everything! You always do a fantastic job. Read more

I ordered a cheese stuff crust pizza for delivery, and when it got here the bread dough was -raw- You could even visually just... tell that the pizza didn't get enough time in an oven as the crust hadn't even really risen on the bottom, and it's justabsolutely disgusting that anyone would have even looked at this and allowed it to be sent out. This isn't my first badexperience with this papa johns location, and I'm done with this store. Save yourself your money, and don't suffer through theirbad quality products from this place. Read more
