They are consistently turning off online orders. That's fine tho I will take my money elsewhere.
Customer service is lacking. The employees are rude and everytime I come in to pick up my food, they are making boxes and can't... be bothered to address you. They have boxes stacked to the ceiling taking up the whole front of the store. Also, if I order anyextra sauces they never give me the correct ones. I will say the pizza is always good but the service is a joke. Read more
Ordered 2 different pizzas online, both stuffed crust, and got 2 of the same pizza with no stuffed crust. 1 pizza had right... toppings but other was exactly the same with different toppings than I ordered. (No stuffed crust). I called and they refused todo anything about it. Told me to call help center. What a joke! Papa Johns does not care about their customers or making thingsright! Read more
We ordered a speciality stuffed crust pizza and a pepperoni stuff crust pizza. They were both really good. Love , love, love the... Philly cheesesteak stuffed crust pizza. I couldn't believe how heavy these 2 pizzas were. The amount of topping on them was justright. Read more

The food was so hot and fresh and delicious. The staff was super friendly and waited patiently for us to make sure our order was... right (I had forgotten how many pizzas I had bought lol). Will 100% order from them again. Whoever made the pizzas tonight didan amazing job. Read more
Great place for Pizza, most people that order tho don't realize how busy this store is, it's one of the busiest in Kentucky, so... I don't mine waiting for food I know will be done right. Also give the workers a break, you don't know the craziness they gothru being so busy. If you have a problem, then learn to cook at home! Read more
Ordered at 6pm. Said it would be ready 40-50 mins. I arrived at 6:50. Said it would be 5 more mins. So I moved out of the line.... When I pulled back in line they had locked the doors and we sat for 30 mins. 2 men inside making boxes. One of them left with apizza in hand. I had to call inside to get them to bring our pizzas out. Poor management regardless of what the excuse was. Read more
