Worst pizza i have ever seen from Papa John's. Dough must have been expired. It smelled like beer. It was flat and you can see... they forgot to put cheese on the 3 outside inches of all of them. It was not Papa John quality. Read more
Ordered by phone for delivery, order was wrong, called back and put on hold for 30 minutes, still on hold and drove to store... still on hold when I walked in with their recording going on speaker, waited for my turn, lady at register was very polite,manager very rude, she said she would give me half order on next visit, I call that b.s. I paid for pizza, delivery, tip todriver, still b.s. She finally gave me my order after I didn't give her any ground. It's just total b.s there. They made our pizza wrong. Then we couldn't even call them to tell them. Turns out they only take online orders, not over the... phone. Seriously, what great way to avoid your mistakes, and not have customer complaints. Will never get pizza from thatlocation again. Read more
As a business owner myself, this location has definitely not stood up to the standards of a properly ran business. The last 3... orders we have made have been scheduled for delivery and never shown up. So we would call and the phone would never be answered.So drive up there only to find our order has been sitting and the drivers had quit or left. The last order we went up thereafter an hour and a half of waiting and the driver had apparently left with the order. Pulled into our house and the driverpulled in right behind us and yet again the order was wrong. But at this point we just took it because it was already paid forand figured if we sent it back we just wouldn?t get anything at all. So if you are ordering from this location you are betteroff just going and picking it up so it?s still hot when you get it and you can make sure your order is actually correct. Read more
Would rate 0 if that was an option. The fact this pizza ever left their store is embarassing. The cut isnt even close to center.... The entire pizza was an air bubble so much so it scrapped my topping off and left oven debris in my food. Between poor qualityand their inability to fulfill their orders completely is mind boggling. They owe me 2 2 liters and 12 cheese cups that i paidfor from previous order. Tried to call and get a remake. Can't even get passed their automated system to allow them to send outanother. This location has gone down hill, the bowl I ordered tasted horrible and they always leave out the extras that I pay for and... never get or get shorted on. The driver was great though. That's the only thing they had going for them this time. Read more
