i ordered our food at 7:35 and didnt get it until 8:55, trusting that it was right i took everything inside and when i looked at... our 2 10 piece chicken boxes they were plain. i ordered one buffalo and one bbq poppers. i called the store waited almost10minutes on hold then called again to the new order part and they sent me to the store and said if it hangs up hit 5 formanager. which is what i did in the first place and i told them this but was still transferred, of course i waited and it hungup no answer. so i called like the lady told me to and currently sitting at half an hour on hold. still no answer and thisplaces delivery closes at 11pm. worse service ive had from them. i wont order from here again. cant reach anyone when an orderis messed up. Pizza was not good at all, wings were not well done as instructed online while ordering. I always get extra cheese and the pizza... needed more cheese. You could see the crust. I love pizza ???????? Read more
(Update. : So I got my replacement pizza and it was to be square cut and they cut my pizza 16 times and said we did that because... we seen that you wanted smaller slices. Ummm that's still not square cut. If you messed up then accept that you did and fix it.Stop arguing with the customer Shawn) My pizza was delivered part way out the box. The green dye was on my pizza. Couldn't getanyone to pick up. 1 1/3 wait time. Had to go get my order fixed. Not happy at all!! Even my hands were green. Read more

Food is always hot, I can't think of a time they have ever got something wrong on my order. Their quick checking you out and I... like the meal tracker on the app. I don't want to be the person standing at the counter looking impatient but also don't wantcold food so this helps getting there and going in at the correct time. Ordered regular crust double steak, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers... Hardly any steak but you can see and taste enough of... everything else, even burned crust that tasted like eating torched bread... Called to ask the manager why there is hardly anymeat when I ordered double steak, he said "well, extra portions not full portions". Then why you charge me full amount as fullportion, and even then there is more of everything else than the meat even if it was single steak portion. This is every time Iorder from this place, I'm done with Papa Johns for good this time... -100 stars Sad excuse for wings. I literally order from y’all all the time and the wings are sauced perfectly and not burnt.... But now they are burnt and 2 little drizzles of sauce like I ordered Buffalo wings for a reason. Like are you kidding who in thehell would eat this?? Read more
