Can i give half a STAR?? Papa Johns Pizza on W broadway gave me and my family food poisoning on 8/27. To date i still have NOT... received my refund now they telling me its been too long since the incident ( even though ive called EVERY OTHER DAY) and theycant give me my money back, only 50% off pizza.. why would i want more food from yall! And the manager i think her name wasAaliyah/Alicia had the nerve to say she dont know how WE ( 4 people) got food poisoning cause the food is made fresh. She wasextremely rude, there was a 2 minute awkward silence after i finished explaining this issue followed by her saying " well idkwhat you want me to do". I just recently found out after a rant on FACEBOOK that my family wasnt the only family to get sickthat same week. They need to SHUT that whole location down! Read more
The service consistently gets worse. I ordered large sausage and pepperoni pizza. They sent me a cheese pizza. I call to let... them know about the mix up. Manager puts me on hold and leaves me on hold till they closed. Sent my husband to the store whileI'm sitting on hold. Read more
Ordered online and expected it to take a while because sure, it's Saturday night and based on my experiences the place must be... short staffed. It has been 4.5 hours and I can't even get through on the phone. Online customer service is no help. Said theorder is in "boxing" status and asked if there was anything else they could help me with except fill out a complaint form thatthe restaurant's management would respond to in up to 48 hours. I ordered a large thin cust meats pizza, square cut and and got regular cut instead with no pepperoni on the pizza. I called to... let them know their mistake (once again), and I was told to bring the pizza back and they would remake the pizza, I was alreadyat home by then. I emailed corporate and was given a code for a free pizza, just to find out that I couldn't use it after acouple of days, the code expired on 3/14/22 and this incident happened on 3/12/22. I contacted the person that sent me the codeto ask him about the expiration date and got no response. The West Broadway store has a serious history for screwing up yourorder, I lost count of the screw ups. I even provided the proof of what I specifically ordered, now either the employees can'tread or they just don't care about customers spending their hard earned money. Read more
Would give zero stars if I could. Order a 10 pc honey chipotle poppers and received this. Looks as if the deliver driver had... been EATING my food. Found my dipping sauce for my chicken in my pizza box? Been waiting on hold for 20 minutes and counting. Read more
My experience during this visit was not satisfactory. The pizza was overcooked, it lacked sufficient toppings and was cold to... the touch. I was very disappointed. It's been a while since my last visit to Papa John's and it's usually very good. Read more
Only if I felt like putting my shoes and coat back on and getting back in the car to take this pizza all the way back to the... store? I would! Looks like whoever just threw black olives in the center on the pizza. And it comes with huge burnt brown airbubbles? this is ridiculous as high as these pizzas are. Received a cold a pizza last night .....I called and complained even tho I was on hold for a hr and called 3xs ....
