Ordered carry out (prepaid) and went to pick up our food, but the workers let us know they decided to close 40mins early... because they were ?understaffed.? Which is hard to believe considering the Penn Station isn?t the most poppin place in that areaand I?ve never seen more than 2 ppl in there at night when I go. Better bring a pillow and a blanket cause you?re going to be waiting a while. I Ordered food at 6:28 p.m., did not leave until 7... p.m. I had 4 people come in after me and order their food, they all got their food and left, i only ordered 2 sandwiches and asmall fry. I was there so long that one of the customers that ordered after me and got their food before me, returned becausetheir order was wrong. They actually gave them one of my sandwiches!!! DONT GO HERE.There service is very disappointing. I have been there multiple times 30 or more minutes before closing and they... had the doors locked just looking at me. Great subs, but the price increases in recent years have made this much less of a desirable place to eat. The large fries are... almost $8 now, and you don't get nearly as much as you used to. Overpriced to be sure. Read more

I ordered 3 subs, 2 of the 3 were good. I ordered extra meat on the third and was pretty disappointed that there were parts of... my sandwich that didn't have any meat in between the bread let alone extra meat, plenty of saurkriut though..... :/ Read more
