On 10/06/2022 I went to this Penn Station location to get a Philly Cheesesteak with no mushrooms and regular fries and no... drink. What the issue I have with this order is that the person who was serving the food had no gloves throughout the wholeprocess. While I was getting my food I also noticed that one of the employees was in the back laying on there phone on top ofboxes that were for food. When I got my food It was $17.79. I had to go across the street for a bit but when I came backaround 7:36 I asked them to remake the sandwich. I didn't touch the food I returned it with nothing touched. When I went backand they were remaking the sandwich , I could tell they were saying rude things behind my back. I will not be coming back tothis location. For Penn Station in Louisville AGAIN. I should not have to advocate for my food safety like this. Please lookinto this. Read more

Got the Reuben, sub of the month special. Had more sauerkraut than anything. Tasted like eating a vinegar sandwich. Also,... while I was there a lady came in wanting to know why the app wasn't working. Started cussing the staff out for it. I checkedmyself, there is not a penn station app. Then the lady still wanted them to make her sandwich after being wrong & cussing themout. I had a video, but I couldn't get it to download. Staff was very nice. Food was not worth the $14. Won't be back. Read more
I love Penn Station, but this location is the worst, they do not put enough ingredients on the cheesesteak sub, if all locations... made them like this I guess I could could understand, but it's just this store. I will not be returning. Read more
My husband loves their fries! Subs are good. My family if 6. Including 2 very picky eaters, can always find a sub they love!... Price is comparable to all other sub restaurants. Read more
The subs are great and so are the fries. However, this experience was awful. We stood in line waiting to order with no one in... front of us for about 5 minutes. Then when the lady came to take our order she was very rude and standoffish. This was by farone of the worst experiences I've had at a dining establishment.
