A major let down! Not my first time eating here but maybe my last. $33 for a large chicken parm sub, small teriyaki sub and a... medium fries. You'd expect a packed sub and lots of fries...nope. They didn't put teriyaki sauce on the sub and it was chickenand cheese basically....no sauce on the chicken parm sub.... I had to physically go back in and ask for it! I also counted only8 bite size piece of chicken on a 12 inch sub. The last 2 inches of each half of my sandwich didn't even have anything init....just bread!! The last piece wasn't even cooked....it was raw. I get inflation and food cost but we're paying $30+ for aSANDWICH and it's not even filling for a 6 year old. It's just pathetic. Customers are going through inflation too...you can'trip us off. I've reached out to Penn Station management via their website. Not expecting them to help but we will see. Read more
The fries are made on site, the lemonade is delicious. I only wish my sandwich wasn't as greasy.
If you like $10 lettuce sandwiches this is the place for you ! Very bland, no flavor whatsoever, like I said unless you like... the taste of lettuce. Read more
No hair nets! Yuck! Tall dude at the register, young guy very nice, had shoulder length curly hair, was not in ponytail nor in a... hair net. I couldn't see him prepare my sandwiches but he got my fries together without gloves. Disgusting I didn't eat myfood. I've had food poisoning before and it was horrible, didn't want to have it again!! Someone from the company contact meabout this! Read more
Pretty good. The sandwiches are fairly big, the staff was super friendly and accommodated my food allergies well. I think the... meat portions are too small considering the cost, so the large salad felt like I was shafted on the meat. Four stars for greatservice and the food, even though the salad portions are tiny, is tasty. Read more
