Now I remember why I stopped ordering from this location. Website estimate of delivery time inaccurate said 25 minutes was 55... minutes. Food was cold but order was accurate. Delivery instructions were followed. Did not manageexpectations. Update:Disappointed again. Gave location 2nd chance. It is 2 months later. Same outcome. Pizza cold. I really can't even give this "restaurant" a star. It is that bad. All you have to do is walk inside and see how filthy it is.... Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this place. I feel sorry for the poor unsuspecting customers who are havingtheir food delivered and thay cannot see the filth in which their food is being prepared. Everything about this store is dirty.I walked in yesterday to pick up my order and one of the employees was folding boxes with what appeared to be his daughter. Ithink the man was an employee but I am not sure because he was wearing a Louisville Bats hoodie. All the tables and chairs ofthis restaurant are stacked up and shoved to one side of dining room. The dining room floor and the ordering/pick-up area floorwere filthy. There were muddy shoe prints everywhere. I would have liked to have gone into the back but I am sure that area wasfilthy also. I am sure that the Geneal Manager of this store has not stepped foot in this store for a long time. It is adisgrace to the Pizza Hut chain. Read more
