DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!! Our order was never received. Placed an online order, the status of the order changed to in the oven... but never changed after that. Every time I call the phones are off. Will be disputing the charge with my bank. I should?velooked at the reviews first, because these don?t lie! From the looks of it this place needs shut down. My quoted time was 25-35 minutes but it took over an hour to arrive. Additionally the pizza was packed in oversized boxes and... had slid around and got all mushed up. I was very disappointed with this location this is the 2nd time I've ordered from here. NEVER again 1st time they "closed" early... but the order still went through then this time im so glad I looked before doing anything but there was MOLD in my marinarasauce.went to the store the manager was nice to us and gave us a refund but that was very poor. Found a ball of hair in one of my pizza slices. How did this happen I have no idea. It seemed intentional. Pizza was cold and had a sour sauce taste to it and crust was super hard. I will never go there again and i literally live a 1... minute walk from this location and there is no way it could have gotten cold on my way from there to my home. Very dissatisfied.And will never fo there again Read more
The Pizza Hut on Preston highway in Louisville Kentucky has a lot to be desired about their friendliness and their work ethic... they got my order confused with another person I opened the other persons food and found out that it was not mine so they closedthe box and delivered it to that other person anyway I will never eat Pizza Hut again Read more
